This place is sincerely amazing. They have the most divine biscuits I have ever eaten. The chicken is juicy, savory, and loaded with flavor. The mashed potatoes and gravy are the perfect texture, consistency, and taste. The staff are so sweet, kind, and polite, too! I seriously recommend checking this place out if you have the time. It's worth it!

Been going to Chubbies’s since they opened. Tried the chicken livers today, they were : Not greasy Not dried out or chewy Tasted like grandma’s on a Sunday dinner that was cooked in a cast iron frying pan !!!!

We’re visiting from Georgia and stopped by while exploring the New Orleans, Louisiana area — and we are so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was outstanding. The lady at the register was super friendly and incredibly helpful. She patiently explained the menu to us, and even let us see and sample the shrimp étouffée since we had never heard of it before. My husband tried it and absolutely loved it! I ordered the fried chicken, and let me tell you — it was the freshest and most flavorful chicken I’ve ever had. The red beans and rice were rich and comforting, and the biscuits? They melt in your mouth — absolutely amazing! My husband had the catfish with red beans and rice, sausage, and the étouffée. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the portions were generous enough that we even had leftovers for dinner. Thank you for the warm welcome and truly delicious food. You made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be telling our friends and family about this gem!
